How do I place my first order?
It's easy! Just search for your favorite restaurant, add items to your cart, and checkout. We'll have your food delivered in 25-30 minutes.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you can track it in real-time. We'll show you when your food is being prepared, picked up, and delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery. Choose whatever works best for you!
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes! You can schedule your order up to 7 days in advance. Just select "Schedule Order" during checkout and pick your preferred time.
How do I customize my food order?
Use our quick customization buttons like "No Onion", "Extra Spicy", or "Extra Cheese". You can also add special instructions in the delivery notes.
What if my order is delayed?
We'll keep you updated if there are any delays. You can always contact our support team or chat with your delivery partner for real-time updates.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it's prepared. Just go to your order tracking page and click "Cancel Order" if it's still possible.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We want you to be happy! Contact our support team and we'll work with you to make it right, including refunds if needed.
